Alterations to the second floor of the historic courthouse. We were charged with creating a seamless appearance from the original courtrooms, built in 1911, to the new. The beautifully carved oak bench seating, railings, and the Judges' bench need to be exactly matched. A new Judges' Chambers, Jury Room, restroom, and vestibule completed the remodeling of the second floor.

An interior renovation and restoration of a 1920's museum. The maple flooring was uncovered and brought back to its original condition. A modern classroom was created and the other classroom was restored to reflect the history of the time. The main gallery display cases were constructed using repurposed wood and the museum's original slate chalkboards. All existing wood millwork was refinished and the electrical and mechanical were upgraded.

New construction of a pavilion to enhance the activities and events held at the City of Lakewood's Fort Steilacoom Park. The new building has an 1,800 sq. ft. indoor space and a 600 sq. ft outdoor stage. A hydraulic hangar door creates an awning over the outdoor stage area.
