An interior Tenant Improvement. This remodel and modernization was designed to improve customer service as well as workspace. All new casework and surfaces along with two custom feature walls, one of an etched steel map of Tacoma and a wall of license plates, were installed to enhance and reflect the use of the space.

An Interior Tenant Improvement of the Administration Building. This renovation completely reconfigured Building 25 with new partition walls, all new finishes, and storefronts.

The first of its kind in Washington State, a tiny house village moving people from homelessness to a thriving community. We constructed thirty 144 sq. ft. homes, each with its own toilet and sink. The Community Center was built to house the showers and laundry facilities along with a shared kitchen, dining area, and common space.
