New construction of 14,000 sq. ft. Auxiliary Gymnasium. This is the first step in modernizing the River Ridge High School campus. This stand-alone building houses an auxiliary gymnasium, mat room, offices, and storage space.

West Olympia Branch Remodel

O Bee Credit Union

Complete remodel and modernization of bank branch. O Bee Credit Union desired to reflect the bank's historical connection with the Olympia Brewery. The bank was enlarged to include the adjacent suite. All new finishes and furnishings, including original beer taps.

New Fire Station 2-1

Grays Harbor Fire District 2

New fire station with vestibule connecting existing fire station. This is new construction of an approximately 5,112 sq. ft. fire station with an added mezzanine of 1,316 sq. Ft. The 231 sq. ft. vestibule will connect the existing fire station to the new. The station is a wood-framed building with two drive-through apparatus bays and two shorter back-in apparatus bays. Crews will enjoy three sleeping rooms, a kitchen, a day room, and other support spaces. This is a cement board siding building with a metal roof.

Maple Lane Corrections Center -Minimum Facility Remodel

Washington State Department of Corrections

A remodel of the Maple Lane Corrections Center. The project will include an updated kitchen, bathroom, shower facilities, and a new laundry area while replacing the roofing system. Communications, Video, HVAC, and Door Control systems will all be upgraded.

TESC Fiber Arts Studio

The Evergreen State College

A featured edition to the Indigenous Arts Campus at The Evergreen State College. The Fiber Arts Studio reflects the structural systems of the Coast Salish First People and the Pacific Maori Cultural longhouse design. The installations of the Whakawae, the hand-carved entry surroundings, and the House Post Figures, expressing the storied histories of the Salish and Maori cultures' strong relationships to the sea, rivers, and lakes, complete this very unique building.
